Established through the HEIRIT ReSEED Program of DOST-PCIEERD, Bicol Consortium for Regional Startup Enablers (BiCoRSE) serves as a regional startup ecosystem consortium that unites higher education institutions, government agencies, technology business incubators, local government units, startups, and innovation stakeholders across Bicol. Through collaboration, mentorship, capacity-building, and innovation-driven initiatives, BiCoRSE empowers startups and ecosystem builders to create meaningful impact and drive sustainable growth in the region. Together, we are building a stronger and more innovative Bicol startup ecosystem.
