RADIANCE AWAKENING: The BU MADYA Advocates Assembly
"The Advocates Assembly is an integral part of the transparency within a community. It is an avenue for the presentation of concerns, plans, and accomplishments of both the previous term and the incoming term. This provides the opportunity to strengthen ties between the students and the organization, align projects and events that cater to the four pillars of Bicol University, and create an environment of progression.
To support this initiative, the Bicol University - Movement for the Advancement of Youth-led Advocacy will host the RADIANCE AWAKENING: The BU MADYA 1st Advocates Assembly on February 1, 2026, 7:30 - 12:00 PM. The purpose of the said event is to be an avenue for presenting and approving plans for the organization, relevant to the advocate members. Providing a chance for students to voice their opinions.
The expected outcomes and benefits of this event are that it will give consensus among the members in the approval of plans of the organization. Thus, providing a clear flow of the coming events or projects by the organization. Enhancing further the effectiveness of the organization in its pursuit of a progressive community.

Project Objectives
To implement an avenue of discussion in order to provide a solid flow of activities done by the organization;
To present the accomplishments done during the 1st semester of Academic Year 2025 in order to show the student body of the different activities done and evaluate further the activities done;
To present the Constitution and By-Laws of the organization;
To present the resolutions offered by the advocates for the betterment of the organization.
