Bicol University's State of the Student Address (SOSA) 2026 commenced on May 29, 2026 marking a transition in student leadership, following the election of the new ensemble of USC and CSC Officers for the Academic Year 2026-2027. The event featured reports from the outgoing University Student Council on their term's achievements and challenges, followed by the inauguration of the incoming USC. BU MADYA was present in the activity to represent the organization, aligned to its support to the USC and student organizations and formations in the university, in pursuit of advancing advocacy endeavors and spaces in Bicol University. The organization received a certificate and plaque in recognition of its role in the student community throughout the outgoing Academic Year.
